What we do and how we work

For businesses where the product is better than the revenue.

We find the gap between what a business is worth and what it earns, then build what's needed to close it: brand, pricing, digital, distribution, press. We work on retainer and revenue share. If you don't grow, we don't get paid.

A founder-led business making something worth more than it's earning — unable to break through alone.

Founder-led or family-owned. Typically 5 to 50 people. Revenue between €150,000 and €5,000,000. Central European base with untapped international potential. Physical goods, craft, food and beverage, design objects, specialist manufacturing — anything exportable. The founders are excellent at what they make and overloaded by everything else.

The solera is a Spanish aging system. What comes out is never a single vintage — it is a blend of every year ever made.

The oldest stock is never fully removed — it lives in everything that leaves the cellar. Over time the blend develops complexity, but the standard stays consistent. You can't fake it and you can't rush it.
