What we do and how we work

Founder-led or family-owned. Typically 5 to 50 people. Revenue between €150,000 and €5,000,000. Central European base with untapped international potential. Physical goods, craft, food and beverage, design objects, specialist manufacturing — anything exportable. The founders are excellent at what they make and overloaded by everything else.

We work on revenue share. If the client doesn't grow, we don't get paid. That's the whole point.

We do the thinking and the building. Same two people. We don't hand off a strategy deck and disappear.

We embed before we build. We understand a client's situation at the level where the real problems live before we touch anything.

We work with a handful of clients at a time. That's a practical constraint of the model, not a sales line.
